One of the greatest opportunities lies within middle level students. Middle level students are just beginning to develop into young adults and although they are becoming increasingly independent, they are still eager to please! Middle level student councils need to be the foundation upon which a new breed of leader is born.  It is our hope that the resources on this page will provide support for advisors and students as they work to build strong student councils that work beyond the school walls.
